I’m Becky.

When I was diagnosed with OCD in 2020, it was a total lightbulb moment. Looking back, I realized OCD had been a quiet companion since childhood, going dormant for years before reappearing with fresh doubts. Finally getting the right specialized care changed everything, and navigating my own recovery sparked a passion to guide others standing at the beginning of theirs. That drive led me to pivot my career and pursue my Master’s in Mental Health Counseling.

I know what it feels like to be trapped in your own mind and exhausted by intrusive thoughts. I don’t use my lived experience to overshadow yours, but to ensure you feel less alone in the struggle. I’ve seen how heavy life with OCD can be, but I also know firsthand that a meaningful, beautiful life is waiting on the other side.

Outside the office: When I’m not reading therapy books for fun, you can find me reading books about maritime disasters, volunteering with local animal rescues, or baking sweets. I live for a slow day spent with my husband and our rescue dogs.
